When you connect to the app via Bluetooth, it gives you more information than just weight. I have bought couple of scale machines online and this is one is the best as it gives you accurate weight. I got this 2-3 years ago and still the battery is good and I haven’t changed it yet since I bought this . I would recommend this scale machine if you are getting into fitness and wellness journey.

You need jump on it, literally. I stopped using it bc I’m pregnant and that is a little dangerous. The scale is accurate though, colors are on point. I never figured out the app part because I don’t want another app on my phone. If it was easier to use I would probably care to download it.
