Hemp seeds are so good for us, so this bag of 1kg of shelled hemp seeds is fab.The bag is resealable, so they will stay nice and fresh as you work your way through the bag.Hemp seeds are lovely in porridge, yogurt, sprinkled on salads, and they're lovely in baking. I also add them to fried tomatoes - they add a gorgeous nutty flavour - and they don't lose their goodness when they're lightly cooked.The only reason I've docked a star is the price: £18.49 for 1kg of hemp seeds is really vey expensive. There are much cheaper options out there, though these ones are certainly lovely.

A great package of 1kg of hemp seeds, really good taste and really FRESH, and they will be kept fresh thanks to the re-sealable package they come with. Good nutritional value, perfect for salads, porridge, smoothies, etc.

These are pretty nice and you get a lot for the money. Unfortunately, whatever process is used to deshell is not great at removing the shells from the bag, so although 99% of the seeds are shell-less, the whole bag is peppered with broken shells.Not great quality for that reason alone.

It`s been more than 15 years since I eat almost every day hemp seeds with literally everything, even in soup I add some because I know how much clean protein they have and I had to restock so I bought this brand and I admit, I was attracted by the low price.The bag is without any doubt the best I ever seen because the zip is double so it is very easy to be closed and also it keeps the seeds fresh.Quality I cannot say these are the best considering I can find some shells from time to time but overall taste quantity freshness all fine.I will definitely buy some more in the future.
