Step 1 with clean hands, roll ball between fingers for 20 seconds to soften the silicone before applying. Guarantee earplugs retain ball shape. Step 2 ensure the ear is clean and dry. Worn on the head and lift up the ear up. Step 3 Minimum pressure, use your thumb to gently press silicone ball on external ear canal input to seal. Do not push into the ear canal. Do not roll in cone or cylinder does not sink into ear canal do not divide earplugs into smaller pieces do not wash or reuse significantly: choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for adult home use only. These ear plugs are designed to cover the external ear canal only. Store in a cool, dry place. Caution: These ear plugs are not to be inserted into the ear canal like foam ear plugs, they should be molded to create a seal on the ear pinnacle and should only be inserted into the auricle itself. Attention: If used in such a way it is possible that a small part of these silicone earplugs will break and lodge in the ear bud if the earplugs together are not removed. The wearer requires some dexterity to remove these plugs together. If you feel you are not able to do what we advise you get help from someone who is able to remove them all or try another product, such as a PU foam ear plug.
