Just enough to keep me going and don't appear to elevate my blood sugar levels causing a plummet in energy levels after 20 minutes. Hundred percent natural, nice and chocolatey and have a long shelf life

I've known about these bars for a few months at least, because one of my local shops has the cocoa orange flavour, and the other has the blueberry muffin flavour. I've really grown on them over time and it occurred to me, why not order something like this so I can try a load of different flavours?For the most part, I was pleasantly surprised. About 5 out of 9 flavours I really like, about 2 flavours I like, 1 flavour I don't care for much, and only 1 flavour that I dislike. The 1 I dislike is the peanut delight flavour, mostly because I don't really like peanuts in general, but also because this one is a substantially different texture that the others, being more coarse with bits that are more likely to get stuck in your teeth, due to the high amount of peanuts in them. The rest of the bars are quite soft and "smooshy".I'm not a vegan, I'm not even a vegetarian, but I do really like these bars. Cocoa orange, carrot cake, blueberry muffin, cashew cookie and bakewell tart are all very pleasant and extremely well flavoured and accurate to what they should taste like, and it's impressive that they manage to do it with how natural the ingredients are, without even the inclusion of animal produce.Despite not being a vegan and not really wanting to be, eating these bars does feel a lot more guilt free and you know they're a lot better for your body than the average snack bar. Although, I've nearly finished this entire box in 2 days by myself, so the level at which I'm consuming them is not very healthy and will have to be adjusted!Overall, great products, love this little selection box. The reason I'd give 4 stars instead of 5 is partly because of the flavours that I think could be improved to some level, but also because the value doesn't seem too amazing. You can buy individual bars for about 75p each and I bought this box of 18, which I'd consider to be at least a moderate bulk buy, for around £12-13, which isn't much, if any of a discount. You only would really start to save if you bought a 48-pack of 1 specific flavour, which costs about £25. Even then, for a 48-pack, that doesn't seem too great either. Either way, not totally unreasonably priced or bank-breaking so for the value they're at currently, I can't knock them too much.

Having been on a weight loss journey i still get an occaisonal sweet tooth but want a healthier option that a chocolate bar.I first purchased the nakd bakewell bar from a supermarket and loved the flavour. So I came straight home to Bolo and found this box of 18 for a little over £10 (bargain!).They have a superb taste of authentic bakewell but it's achieved through natural flavours and wholesome ingredients. No additives, no chemicals, no sugar or nasties.The texture is good, of a semi hard and mildly chewy bar. It's impressive how it's achieved considering the ingredients are all cold pressed together rather than baked.They're the perfect snack or after dinner treat. Plentiful in size, just the right amount and fuss free easy eating - no preparation or faffing about.I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours in the range.Happy to recommend !

I have to say that after being gifted some of these for Christmas I decided to order this lemon drizzle variety and they are amazing.I have celiacs and these give me no trouble at all....I'm pretty sensitive to any gluten and have had no issues.Going to try some of the other flavors next.Extremely happy to have found this brand.

Delicious and nutritious! These are by far my favourite bar. Some people might not be able to get over the texture, but despite being picky I didn't mind at all. Gluten free and no sugar added. My favourite no guilt treat!
