I am not sure if these tablets work as you may not notice a dramatic change. Also, the size of the capsule could be hard to swallow and for those reasons I do not take them everyday.

Bloody amazing!!! Swapped from a well known joint supplement after not seeing much improvement. My knuckles and finger joints are pain free after about a month !

Early days yet, only been using a few weeks. I’ve not noticed a difference yet, but will update when the bottle is finished. They are quite large capsules, but they’re ok to swallow, they don’t stick.

I bought these hoping will help with my knees and stop them from making grinding noise. I haven't noticed any improvement on my knees but I'm pleasantly surprised that they have helped to ease my plantar fasciitis pain. I have only taken these for a week, so happy with the result, will keep taking them.

The capsules arrived promptly but I fear that the description on Bolo is somewhat misleading. I would have expected each capsule to contain the 1000mg of glucosamine but be aware the description on the bottle states “1000mg of Glucosamine Sulphate, 200mg of Chondroitin Sulphate per serving” of 2 capsules. So the bottle will only last 3 months not 6 months as stated. Having said that the capsules are fairly large and would be like horse pills if twice the size! Too early to say if they work as I believe it takes several months to make any difference. Time will tell.

I give it five stars as it is well packaged and the pills are easy to swallow!! Wether it's actually doing something for the cartlidge and tendons as that is the reason I bought it in the first place, I am not sure!I can't really say if it has had a positive effect or any effect for that matter I can't really say!!But as they say different strokes for different folks! It has done no harm.I will keep taking it till the jar is finished! I take 2 a day.

Operato al crociato anteriore 24 anni fa....ormai da 10/15 anni quando faccio passeggiate oppure devo per qualche motivo inginocchiarmi, sento dolore al ginocchio anche per uno/due giorni. Ho la cartilagine consumata. Sto provando da dicembre questo integratore e devo dire che per me è davvero miracoloso. Riesco ad inginocchiarmi senza avere più dolore e posso finalmente fare lunghe passeggiate senza avere fastidio e dolore. Che dire, per me davvero miracolose. Ne prendo 1 al giorno per 20gg poi sospendo 1 settimana e ricomincio.
