Best chocolate ever! Nice melting, easy to temperate, all instructions on the bag, intense ruby flavours, slightly acidic, works very well with cashew butter (bonbons) or on its own (tablets or bars.)

First time to try this. Was actually surprised of how it tasted, something like strawberry milk or vanilla strawberry ice cream. Though the flavor is very nice, it was WAY to sweet for my tolerance. I had few nibs that I tried, but ended up with a headache and nausea from the excessive sweetness. To be honest, I stopped consuming anything with sugar completely and was in keto for a while and never returned to eating sugar, only Erythritol and xylitol. I just got used to not consuming sugar that I no longer tolerate eating normal chocolates and deserts, otherwise I feel nauseous. Really sad I can’t enjoy this ruby chocolate flavor. Considering the amount of it, this product is supposed to be offered to be used in recipes like homemade chocolate, backing or other desserts. So, one would expect to adjust the sweetness according to his preferences. But this is was too sweet which makes things less flexible. It should be at the very most semi sweet like the baking dark chocolate. I would need to add a lot of pure coco butter perhaps to reduce the sweetness if I want to maintain the fruity flavor but that would unfortunately alter the strength of the fruity flavor. Would have been much more versatile if the sugar was less. First thing in the ingredient list is sugar! Quite disappointed that I can’t enjoy it in different recipes while enjoying the actual ruby chocolate flavor.

It's a little sour. It doesn't come off as fruity the way they say, but ... I dunno, it does taste "different," in a much larger way than expected - in the way that a pear tastes different than an apple. If someone gave you eight chocolate chips with one of these mixed in, and you ate them all at once without looking, you'd notice.It's a pleasant taste, but it's complex. It's taking some effort to learn what flavors work well with it (try strawberry with black truffle salt, or stronger than usual lime.)Temper it like milk chocolate.I like it. I'll probably buy more.Make sure that you buy from someone that ships with cold packs. This stuff is more temperature sensitive than most of my Callebaut products

troppo buona, c'è davvero poco altro da dire...però visto che mi ci trovo proverò a dire qualcosa in più...Si tratta di una tipologia di cioccolato che non si trova da molto tempo sul mercato, io l'ho conosciuta attraverso prodotti industriali che hanno usato questo tipo di fava di cacao per ricoprire dei blasonatissimi cioccolatini più o meno industriali, l'ho assaggiata assoluta e poi ho deciso di comprare le gocce che ho utilizzato per produrre tavolette di cioccolato con le più disparate tipologie di frutta secca o essiccata.questo cacao di suo ha già un gusto molto fruttato, che per me è il suo punto forte, si sentono in particolare sapori di frutti rossi, bacche, che tolgono la stucchevolezza che normalmente si ha per esempio con la cioccolata bianca e rendono questa tipologia di cioccolato , a mio avviso, più intrigante del cioccolato fondente.insomma non si può non assaggiare almeno una volta questo cioccolato.Per quanto mi riguarda comprerò preso un secondo sacchetto.consigliatissimo
