I was so impressed with the customer service I received. I received the kit on time and carried out the swab and sent it off. Unfortunately, my swab got stuck enroute and I reached out to Embark who helped me track it and they reached a decision to resend a kit at no cost. Kit arrived in no time and I sent it off. Embark informs you when the swab has arrived, swab extracted, etc. So at every stage you are notified which helps build up the excitement. I won't spoil the rest however the results were very interesting and what surprised me most was the accuracy and rhe detailed breakdown. They also share information of close relatives and the picture of my dog's sibling was a spitting image of her. Forgot to say the only information I provided was my dog's name and swab as I purposely did not share pics or her breed type so it was amazing that through science I was provided with mind blowing results. I definitely recommend this product.

Great product to identify your dog’s true breed even for pure breed dogs as there might be to 5-10% of another breed. I also added on the additional health tests and report on embarkvet.com which was very useful to learn more about my pet. Embarkvets customer service is also great my kit got shipped out in time and results back exactly as they promised 4-6 weeks after they received the kit.Regarding shipping with Bolo I did not experience any issues product came on time product was not out of date everything was smooth.

Helped me solve my dog's breed mystery! Great communication while you wait for results and I can definitely see all the breeds my guy was ID'd as. It was super easy to do!I love the info they give into each breed that makes up your dog. Definitely helped me understand some of my pup's quirks. We even identified a sibling who got the test, too! Unfortunately people with related dogs rarely respond to their messages, but that's not Embark's fault.
Don’t bother if you live in Europe
Don’t bother if you live in Europe. First it costs twice as much as in US (if you by it directly).Second you need to pay yourself to send the sample back. I wish I was warned. And it’s hardly relevant to find your dog’s relatives in States.
