It is fab and so convenient. It’s soft closing so it doesn’t slam down and if they let go of the lid it stays where it is rather then fall back down. We haven’t had any accidents with fingers getting squashed (Yet) but aware it could happen with 3 of them playing with it. Got my husband to assemble but it didn’t take him very long with a battery powered screwdriver. Overall very happy with it and holds more toys than we thought it would which is a bonus. Seller uses Hermes to deliver which is the only problem. Hermes lost my parcel and I had to contact the seller to get another shipped out but that arrived within a few days which was great.

Excellent value for money for a wooden toy box. It was easy to put together and arrived within a relatively quick time. Looks lovely in our daughters newly decorated bedroom. They love the fact they can sit on it and read. I have put cushions on the top to make it a little more comfortable. Would recommend this product.

Took a bit to decipher the first step as instructions not clear that two parts required not just one! After that instructions relatively straight forward and the lettering on the panels and screw packets were helpful. Hit a snag near the end when the connector and screw holding part of the lid next to the cantilever wouldn’t lock so had to use some glue, not ideal!

Lovely little toy box. Love the simplicity and now my living room isn’t such a mess! Pretty straight forward to put together however the instructions don’t have text, just diagrams. Had to fiddle with the hinges as I put them on wrong the first time but once I figured it out it was perfect. It’s not soft closing so be mindful of little fingers!

Happy with the toy box was easy to set up. However don’t over fill the box as the bottom does slightly come away and have a bulge.

The box is so neat and tidy in my boys bedroom. We bought 2 The lids stay up until you close them so no chance of it slamming shut on little fingers and there’s lots of space. I’m going to order another 1 for laundry5*

For the price the item was easy to assemble and does the job, just think it could have been made with better quality materials to be more sturdy and would last longer not sure if this will last that long as the hinges already seem to be playing up and the screws supplied do not seem to be long enough

The media could not be loaded. Instructions are simple to follow until the lid attachment. The spring for the “soft close” is tight so the guidance holes don’t line up, we pushed the spring to meet the guidance holes and it popped straight out when we closed the lid, creating wider holes that the screws and now too small for. We were hoping we may a mistake somewhere and asked the seller for advise but they didn’t reply. Only way to make this work would be replacing the screws and ‘soft close’ spring. Flimsy panel on base, front and back which I can’t see lasting long with a 8 month old. Screws are visible on the side panels which is super annoying. Definitely not worth the money or the effort we put in to make it usable and safe. Clicking noise when closing are I wouldn’t consider this soft close.
