Perfect sized pool, enough to fit into our London sized (small) garden and big enough for our tweens and teenagers to still have fun. Good, sturdy construction, cat paws-proof unlike the inflatable kinds!

The media could not be loaded. Arrived with a puncture so now we have the headache of returning and refilling.

The pool itself is a good pool as expected. However, there are some quality control issues and the subsequent customer service was poor.The pool came with a filter pump which is essential for a pool this size. However, the pump came with all the wrong fittings for the pump and had a European plug despite explicitly stating on the product description that it had a UK one.I fed this back to seller only to be told: “ hello in hardware store you will surely find a reduction from uk to shuko“!!!Firstly, poor customer service given the product did not meet the seller description and, given this is an outdoor product, I do not want to be using plug converters. Secondly, this response did not address the wrong parts of the pump which rendered it inoperable. I have had no further response from the seller on any of this.So while a good pool, very poor customer service so be careful.

Am not asking for a refund as it was bought in the winter for my grandson to use in summer its had a lot of repairs and this morning went out to find 2 more leaks on the outer walls now no ones been in it yet ?,? Surely the liners at fault and may be replace the liner for me thankyou ....

Der Pool wurde super schnell per Spedition geliefert. Nun haben wir ihn endlich aufgebaut und sind super zufrieden. Der Aufbau des Pools ging sehr zügig. Nur die Leiter war etwas schwierig, aber da half ein YT Video. Wir haben noch einen Skimmer dazu bestellt. Er wird darin mit einer 200g Kombitablette sauber gehalten. Es ist Brunnenwasser drin. Ph Wert musste etwas gesenkt werden bevor die Tablette rein darf. Und die mitgelieferte Pumpe ist trotz Größe des Pools auch in Ordnung. Sie wälzt alles gut durch. Hatten am alten Pool eine Sandfilteranlage dran und waren weder mit Sand noch Filterbällen zufrieden. Diese Pumpe hatte vor der Sandfilteranlage gute Arbeit getan und wird es jetzt deshalb wieder tun.Klare Kaufempfehlung 😍

Dieses Gerät ist einfach unschlagbar. Es ist super verabeitet und vor allem macht es wozu es gebaut wurde! Es ist schnell geliefert worden in einer Super Verpackung. Ausgepackt und los geht es. Hier ist genau wie es sein sollte - alles erklärt sich von alleine. Bisher bin ich nach langem Gebrauch immer noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil. Alles funktioniert weiterhin und es gabt keine Probleme. Ein Gerät welches sehr zu empfehlen ist!
