I particularly like that I can brush through my hair afterwards for a more natural finish. I’ve been on the lookout for hair products free from harmful ingredients, and this is the only styling clay I’ve come across that’s free from phenoxyethanol and other nasties. The premium packaging and the fact that it’s made in the UK are added bonuses. Highly recommended for anyone who values natural hair styling.

I’ve purchased this a few times, and one of the things I really like about this clay is how easy it is to wash off your hands when you’ve styled your hair; a must for when you rushing to get ready for work.The scent is very light, and in my opinion quite nice, and the clay works well on very short and short hair (I’m sure it also works well on other lengths, but I only ever have my hair very short or short).With Seven Potions Clay, less really is more, and as a result, you will find that it lasts a long time. Additionally, it’s made in the UK - less CO2 miles - and is vegan friendly; if you happen to follow a vegan diet / lifestyle.Overall a great product that keeps your hair styled and in place all day.If you found this review helpful, I would really appreciate a like / thumbs up - it helps me to develop my reviewing technique so I can keep to the point and cover, what I believe, is the most useful info. I've bought the SevenPotions hair clay a few times now. The product is good with a very good hold on short to meduim hair. Washes out easily. Only thing I'm not too keen on is the scent but the product itself makes up for this. I will contonue to use.

This product is excellent with a matte finish right from the start a high quality clay cream. Although controversial I really liked the smell which was one of the things mentioned about the product. This left my hair looking great I even went and bought it again. It’s £17 for 100ml which most clays are only coming in at 50ml 75ml for a similar price which makes it good value. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fab. Bought it for partner and now use myself. Non sticky, give it a good working to coat hair and it thickens and holds style naturally. Smells fabulous...really fabulous...with a scent that lingers. Love it.

I found this styling clay a few years back and have been a big fan ever since. The hold is good, it isn’t sticky or gloopy, doesn’t have any strong fragrance (although it does smell good!), it lasts forever and stays on my hair rather than ending up inside my motorbike lid - there is literally nothing that isn’t great about it!That said, I did have a tiny issue with the last time I bought. I contacted the company and they haven’t just gone the extra mile to sort it out, they have gone ahead, strewn the road with rose petals, lined the streets and carried me in a gilt covered sedan chair - well, figuratively speaking! They pulled out all the stops and more than fixed the problem. They seem like a brilliant U.K. based company and based on my experience of them, I would wholeheartedly recommend them and their products to you, go on, treat yourself, you deserve it!

Had so many issues with spots/rash heat spots suddenly appearing on my forehead and then realised it was caused by hair gels / wax. So decided to change to natural products, and tried a couple but not great for styling. So finally tried this product and it’s brilliant ! So easy and smooth to apply and easily allows beautiful styling. In fact works even well after re styling a few hours later. Only mistake I made was leaving the cap of one night and the wax became lumpy but was ok next day (like it reset). Beautiful smells and so impressed, will not be using any other products. My spots on forehead has completely gone. Can now sleep without washing out the wax.

Efecto mate, algo grasoso

En primera debo decir que no es un mal producto (ya casi termino con el), si utilizas una cantidad moderada te deja el cabello con efecto mate pero si utilizas mucho se puede llegar a sentir grasoso el cabello, un detalle que no me agrado para nada y es el motivo por el cual no volvería a comprarlo es que si lo utilizas en seco al momento de peinarte te jala demasiado el cabello, cada que lo utilizaba en seco me arrancaba varios cabellos la única manera de evitar esto es utilizarlo en cabello húmedo o bien humedeciendo el producto antes de aplicarlo pero eso altera el efecto que te da y no queda tan mate cómo utilizarlo en seco. Lo recomiendo para personas con cabello grueso y difícil de controlar, muchos mencionan el olor y para mi eso fue un detalle insignificante, tendrías que ser una persona muy sensible a olores para que te llegue a molestar. En general bien pero optaré por buscar otra opción.

Por fin encuentro una cera que vale la pena. Es verdad que a veces deja alguna bolita pequeña en el pelo , ¿puede ser porque no la expando bien en mi mano? pero muy contento, porque he probado bastantes y está es la mejor

Seemingly healthy ingredients for good body, hold and texture. Pretty easy to work with. Doesn't turn slimy in the humidity and has a nice smell. At least as good or better than the questionable-ingredient-crap I was using before.
