Bought because I was fed up with my husband whining about my snoring (but to be fair, he did record me the other night before these arrived and it did sound pretty bad!) I have a bad habit of breathing through my mouth, not my nose, and even sleeping on my side never helps. As soon as I put one of the strips on I could feel my nose clearing miraculously. They stick well and stay on all night. According to my husband, it doesn't stop the snoring entirely, but I no longer sound like a hippopotamus stuck in mud and he can live with it.The problem is, last night, I reverted to type, but that's probably because it was the end of the week, I was tired and I had a Guinness (which always sends me off) and reused the same strip twice, so it was less effective. 10 strips at £4 a pop is a bit pricey! So I plan to buy another product with more strips and wear two instead of one and see if that works. I don't like the idea of mouth guards and mouth strips and I can only sleep with one pillow, so elevating my head is out. Can't think of any other ideas other than sleeping in another room and I don't want to do that!

They work really well. I have tried the small and large sizes. I think the larger ones are probably better. Just make sure that you wash and dry your nose before use, else they don't stick very well. They really helped open my airways!Update. My second box of large are definitely less sticky than the first and are a waste of time as they peal off in a couple of hours. I have ordered a second box of medium to see if these are sticky.

I get these for my 82 year old wife. I am 86. She finds them invaluable to aid her sleep. They are the right strength and do not come off during the night. Great value for the money.

This are bloody awful, they don’t stick well or open your nasal passages much either and what’s worst is you can’t even return the item, that isn’t stated when buying, avoid at all costs, over priced, won’t be buying ever again, Bolo doesn’t do returns on it and to get more customer support doesn’t work either; I’m going to try and ring again tomorrow to get through, as I’ve brought a few boxes and they are no good to me at all.

These work brillliantly, stopped my snoring, and I feeel a bit more refreshed when waking up.Make sure you wash your nose though to remove natural oil from your skin so they ahere properly and stay on all night.

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass so ein simpler Nasenstreifen so viel Unterschied machen kann. Ich benutze die Breathe Right Nasenstreifen jetzt seit einigen Wochen, vor allem nachts und bei intensiven Läufen – und bin absolut begeistert.Beim Schlafen atme ich viel freier durch die Nase, was mir spürbar besseren und tieferen Schlaf bringt. Gerade in Zeiten mit leicht verstopfter Nase oder Allergieproblemen sind sie ein Gamechanger. Auch beim Laufen helfen sie mir, gleichmäßiger zu atmen, was die Leistung unterstützt.Der Sitz ist angenehm und sie halten die ganze Nacht bzw. das ganze Training über zuverlässig. Kein unangenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut, und das Abziehen ist schmerzfrei. Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber für mich haben sie sich absolut gelohnt.Klare Empfehlung – werde ich definitiv nachkaufen!
