I dithered and dithered about buying it; it's quite a lot of money for me, but I am SO glad I did. I am a size 8 wide and there is bags of room inside but not uncomfortably so. I can slide my feet to different places and enjoy the changes in movement and pressure, and my feet love it inside. So cosy and comfortable. The controls are easy to understand and use, and they all work beautifully. I like it SO much that I have just bought a second one to have upstairs. I have arthritis, fibromyalgia and a host of other complaints, and didn't want to lug one up and down steep stairs, but I have already used it many times in just one day. I knew instantly it was a wonderful and well made product and just what I needed. Although I have only had it for 24 hours, I already feel the benefits, even if they are only psychological because it feels so wonderful. I have high hopes that it is going to help me with pain, mobility and sleeping. I already feel more relaxed instead of constantly tensed from pain and discomfort. I really don't understand all the negative reviews...are they talking about the same product? I find that hard to believe. Buy this product. Give it a try. The odds are high that, like me and others, you will love it. Treat yourself. I did.

Bought this product to help with sore feet which I'm sure it would have if not for these problems below.1. You can barely get your foot into the machine.2. The remote control doesn't work unless pointed directly at the machine.3. Its not very comfortable as there is no padding for the side of your ankle area etc.4. The machine is incredibly loud when in use which is very annoying and also sounds as though it's about to break.Overall very disappointed with this I also attempted to return the item and have been told its not eligible for return.

I was confused with the first item as it turned off about 10 seconds after plugging it in and switching it on. But I decided to purchase and try another one. So glad I did! I've been on it for 3 hours and it's great! I have a range of autoimmune issues which mean my feet become unbearably stiff and achy. This massager is a great relief!You can start to feel the benefits of heat after around half an hour. But it would be good if it was warmer as the warmth is quite weak.It might not feel like it's massaging deeply at first,but after about half an hour your feet can begin to itch as the stress crystals break up..That's when I can really feel the massage balls lightening the heaviness of my achy feet! I cheated and took my feet out and gave them a rub for a few seconds and the feeling was heavenly! It was as though the massager had bought all the nerves to the surface!The airbags are so comforting and really help the massage balls to push into your feet. It would be good if the airpads were over the top of the foot more, and around the ankle and heel, as that would give a more intensive shiatsu massage to the foot arch and heel. The pressure is heavily concentrated on pinching the toes - mainly the big toe.Despite me enjoying the highest levels on all of my other compression/ massage devices, the localised pressure on the big toe bones can really hurt me past level 3! But I'll try it with thicker socks! 😁 it's a shame to waste those higher levels!The massage along the arch is OK. Buy its barely detectable on the heel or top of the foot. This is a shame as a deeply massaged heel feels amazing, but very hard to achieve unless with strong shiatsu machinery.Love how light, attractive and portable it is !! Easy controls. I couldn't connect the remote but I might just need to position it closer or something. I just bend and press the massager manually.I have the huge and very expensive Vitalzen massager and this little one is much better. The Vitalzen is the weight of a planet and a nightmare to store. You also have to sit bolt upright and the shin massage can pinch the legs despite me having slim calves. The £300 Vitalzen also slides your feet forward until your toes are squasehed and you have to lift your legs up from the knee every few minutes to move your feet back. This strains your back. You end up straining your thighs to keep your feet in place with the Vitalzen. Sort of defeats the object! I'd rather use this cute, powerful and efficient foot massager and a separate small calf massager.

This was a great purchase - adjustable pressure - very relaxing - everyone is using it and loving it.Heat feature is very subtle but it's fine I don't think you would want it too hot.Would highly recommend.
