Advice is to wash your nose with water and dry before sticking them on and they will stay on all night, nice comfy easy to use product that I feel works and helps with a better night's sleep for both of us.

On the plus side they’re cheaper than the main brand. On the downside they don’t work as well and they don’t stick to your nose as well either. Not good value.

The strip do what they are meant to do, but, they do not carry the same longevity and effect as it's competitors such as BreathRight. Used this product for a week and mostly wake up with the strip losened and with itching from the adhesive. Did not have the same issues with other brands.

I've used Breathe Right in the past after reading about how they are the only type that work due to their unique adhesive. They work well but are about 3x the price of these.The truth is you don't need to pay through the nose (excuse the pun) for nasal strips. These ones work just as well. £15 for 100 is still a lot as I'm sure they don't cost anywhere near 15p each to make.P. S. Some people say they don't stick well. All you have to do is wash your nose for 20 seconds with face or hand wash, towel dry and apply. They will stick for about 15 hours if pressed down properly.

Ive tried both the medium and large sizes and they both have their plus and minus points.The meduim ones seem to have more 'pull' than these large ones but as their surface area is a lot less they tend to be missing from my nose in the morning. The large ones however are still there doing their job when i wake up. The only downside is that these tend to not have as much 'pull' so dont open your airway quite as well, but they are still sufficient (i just apply them lower down the nose than the mediums).On balance the large ones will be the ones i buy in future, them staying put all night is much better than the mediums that fall off mid way through.Just remember to follow the instructions and apply 30 seconds of good pressure to the strip when you apply it and it will stay in place all night. If you put it on like a plaster and just press it down once it aint gonna stay for long.Great product for the price, much more reasonable than the expensive alternatives.10/10

dato l'ottimo prezzo supponevo che i cerottini fossero di qualità inferiore a quelli che si comperano in farmacia.Premetto che uso periodicamente cerottini simili per respirare meglio la notte, non per eliminare il russare, che, meno male, non è un problema che ho. Ho provato che funzionano benissimo al pari degli altri parecchio più costosi.Uno dei pregi è che si attaccano alla pelle in modo stabile, ma quando si devono togliere vengono via dolcemente senza irritare la pelle. Almeno questa è la mia esperienza.
Great product
I can't believe I've been trying to sleep without these my whole life, they make a decent improvement on opening sinus and helping air flow. I have a pretty big nose and the large size fits perfectly, adhesive stays on all night and is easily peeled of with a little water around the edges. They won't stick properly if you put them on after moisturiser though, so a little toner on the nose and they can last as long as you need. Great value for price too
They help me sleep
I have used nose strips for many years to help me sleep. I've used several brands. These are large enough to work, The glue could be a bit stronger, but they don't hurt to take off in the morning. If I clean and dry my nose well before I put them on, they stay on all night. These are much cheaper than the brand names and even the store brands and they still work.
