I buy this product because is green Raisins ,(has to be green raisins ).Is for my tennis elbow ! Sorry that's all I can say . Not on its own Of course .By the way I am a chef for many years ! I have seen the Doctor and he said the only way to stop the tennis elbow is not to work !!!!WTx ,if I don't work at all , How can I earn for my living ! And The doctor prescription for the pain killer doesn't help at all , and five or six years ago boxing day at my friend's house ,I mention about my problem and he recommended to use Green Raisins, not yellow not brown not black ,has to be green ,and I following his advise , the first day nothing happened , the second day nothing happened again , but the third day I can feel the difference , till the fourth day I feel no pain at all , but I didn't stop then and I continue eat the rainis (only 10 or12 a day)I will purchase more if I feel it happen again and this is the third time in the past five or six years .

Not very nice, not sure about the raving reviews. The are really dry, small and have no particular flavour. It’s a big bag, so maybe good for baking etc. but on their own l would avoid.

Ordered on the basis of rave reviews on Bolo. They are delicious! I've been eating Sultanas for many years and these taste as good as they get. But in what way are they different from 'ordinary' Sultanas, apart from the fact they come from Dried Green Grapes. I've researched and cannot find any indication of what's special. The high fibre content encourages great bowel movements, as do all Sultanas. So??BTW - small anecdote: some of my family live in California, the State from which many Sultanas come to the UK. Visiting CA, I went into a Health Shop to buy Sultanas: they'd never heard of them and offered me packets of black raisins. In the third shop, after I'd described them again, the assistant finally said "Oh! You mean Golden RAISINS!" and produced a small packet...
