I took imodium whiched worked but didn't go loo then for two days and then there out of no where appeared! To my horror I've never had suffered with anything like that before not even after giving birth to two children . I thought I'm not off to the docs! Everyone on media I read nothing worked ,so scoured about and on that same day ordered it next day delivery I couldn't wait and 🙏it would work . Well I'm a week on and has reduced ever so slightly , softer and no sorness AT ALL even after a motion great . I will continue to use and hopefully reduce further but the main thing is noooo pain I highly recommend this for that reason if nothing else, no burning or itching within ten mins . Apply often as you can massage in ,first time it's a little sore to touch but once on and left 5 to ten mins ohhhh bliss and thereafter gets more supple to touch so less psin when rub in . Don't just dab on try rub all over it / them ,use a clean different finger each time you go in the pot ,you won't be disappointed the RELIEF ,feel normal again and more comfortable sitting within hours . I was like you reading these but honestly Id shout from the roof tops hahaha how good for the pain I just keep thinking HOW? I don't care I feel loads better not as miserable sitting better walking , and going to loo. X

Great for soothing those sore bits! I've used this cream for a few other things too such as dry patches if skin and I love it. Especially as it's natural and has a lovely smell too.

I much prefer to use more natural products for life's little problems and this little tin was worth a try.I decided to give it a few weeks before leaving a review as nothing is going to work overnight.However, I have used this every day, at least twice - and while it's fantastic for easing the itch - it definitely doesn't shrink piles.It IS handy to carry in one's handbag if you get that terrible itch while out, and don't want to be arrested, however it's not a cure and won't shrink your venous friends.Back to Germolene i'm afraid...

I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun to help with my piles. I've been struggling since March and have seen the GP multiple times. I have been prescribed a lot of different treatments but none of them worked. I used this for the first time last night and I woke up with no pain, itching or discomfort for the first time in months!My piles have gone down in size and I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.It is pricey and the product is much smaller than I thought it would be but it's so worth it!

Nice smelling cream but no effect using as how it intended. Not wasted as taking to stables to use for horse fly bites or scratches etc

Within my first application it popped my thrombosed hemmorhoid immediately, which I been suffering from for over 2 weeks, it's now been 5 days since I been using it daily and has shrunk all my problems away. Knowing how much suffering hemmorhoids bring to once life I HIGHLY recommend using this to aliviate pain and keep using to make them all go away it performs miracles and its pain free because its all natural, I use it like 5 times a day no problem it just keeps working and makes everything better hopefully they never come back again now and if they do I will just use this oitment to make it go away, also helped repairing my damaged nerves which where hugely painful. ITS A MUST BUY 10 out of 10!

Beaume apaisant et cicatrisante. Il y en a très peu dans le pot, il faut veiller à bien étaler. Très efficace.
