We wanted a good looking, "olde worlde" fire and surround and this fits the bill very nicely. Reading the sizes, we thought it was smaller than we wanted, but in every other way it was just right, so we bought it. So glad we did, after unpacking, I have to say that it looked small compared to our old fire/surround, but after a week of use, we've got used to it & it looks just the right size. The log effect is wonderful, very realistic. Makes the room look warm & cozy. All in all it gives the desired effect we wanted & heats up the room nicely. This would look lost in a big room, but if your room is small or average size, then this will do nicely. Very, very pleased, plus delivery was in just 3 days & very well packed.

I gave a 3 Star as it was not the colour I ordered. I ordered a brown and got a gray fireplace which does not go with my decor. It was an overseas order and the item was too big for me to return.There was no assembly required. One corner of the fireplace top came chipped. We tried to hide this by using brown furniture marker. The item heated very good and the wood effect was pleasant to look at.

Missing remote control and very noisy when fire is on . Also company won’t send a new remote control so you have to send the fire back . Which is really hard and expensive to do .

It’s smaller than I expected but the heat it puts out is amazing and the flame is vibrant!I put a glass on top of it and a small TV and it’s perfect 🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Bello ma ho dovuto fare il reso
Il caminetto esteticamente è molto bello e riscalda pure bene, l’effetto fiamma è molto bello finché dura. Il mio purtroppo solo per poco più di due mesi di utilizzo totale, dopodiché ho richiesto il reso. Le 5 stelle vanno al supporto clientela che si è comportato davvero bene, segnale di serietà del venditore. Mi è dispiaciuto fare il reso ma purtroppo credo che sia un difetto di questo tipo di luci
No assembly. Nice appearance, room warming.
13x32 foot room. Unit does warm it slowly on 1500 watt setting. Maintains it fairly well on 900 watt setting. Quite attractive. We love it. Completely assembled. One drawback, remote will not work unless control panel door is open. Not a big deal.
