this has been a great item for my son to use to help increase his handspeed and accuracy, if you use the app that it recommends it helps you learn to use it better and also challenges you to different things which is great, would definately recommend to others to try

The media could not be loaded. As a combat sports athlete, I’ve used a lot of training gear—and this reflex ball exceeded expectations. It’s lightweight, durable, and really helps sharpen hand-eye coordination, especially during active recovery days or warmups. Great tool for improving focus, rhythm, and timing. Highly recommend for boxers, MMA fighters, and anyone who wants to level up their reflexes.

This really did help reduce the flinching. As long as I practiced 3 times a week this item helped me immensely with reacting to an object flying toward me at rapid pace. I consider it a good substitute to a live opponent who throws fast movements to improve reflexes. I noticed my squinting reduced substantially after the 2nd week.

Product is ok. Was going to be a Christmas present for the kids but par el arrived damaged and the box is in such a poor condition we'll have to take out the contents and wrap separately. Poor. Update to the above: gave this to our boy for Christmas, it's fun to use but the app counts hits by using the microphone on the mobile device...you can hold the ball and tap the floor with your foot and it counts as a hit! Extremely inaccurate in a room if there's a TV on in the background.Not remotely worth the cost, could buy a much cheaper version and have the same fun

Simple, Addictive, Effective
At first I laughed at myself because I couldn’t land more than a couple of punches in rhythm, but after a few sessions I noticed sharper timing, quicker reflexes, and better focus. It’s addictive in the best way because it’s fun enough that you forget you’re actually working out until your shoulders start burning. This is a simple way to have fun & be active without having to go anywhere or do a lot. This is a great product for your kids & adults. I love that there's different weighted ball options for people with different preferences. There is an app that helps keep track of your hits which I've noticed can sometimes miss some of the counts if your hit isn't loud enough for it to pick up or if there's too much background noise. You don't even need to use the app if you dont want to. You can just train & have fun with it. If you catch a sale, snatch this up because it is entertaining.
