The carry on strap isn't the greatest, looks like it was made from cheap elastic material and is a bit of a nuisance for putting back on.The mat itself is good for any exercise - with or without weights.

Wonderful mat, colour is just as described. Is a good material, hasn’t slipped so had a great grip when movement is happening. Easy clean and the thickness is just right.

Beautiful colour and good choice of colours. Does not slip and has just about enough cushioning. Easy to carry around. Helped protect our floorboards and our joints. My only remark would be that ideally, this mat would be about 5-10 cm wider. I’m not a large person but I think having a little more room on the mat, either side, would be a benefit.

Very comfortable and does not slip on wooden floors or underfoot. I’ve only used it a couple of times but am impressed with how steady it is. So far, I’m happy with it. It’s not too bulky either and fits in most yoga mat bags

I have found this mat to be a fantastic mat for the price.I have a manduka pro yoga mat which is the best mat i have ever had, but i wanted something where i could do more HITT and strength training workouts with shoes on without worrying about scuffing my other mat.This mat is very lightweight and portable, comes with the carry strap and very easy to roll out. When rolled out it doesnt lift at the edges (i left it out for a bit when i first used it). I have found the mat gives my joints enough support without the mat being too squishy, although worth noticing i am using this on carpet.I have not found myself slipping on the mat at all, i have tried a yoga routines for camparison and i can hold moves without my hand/feet slipping. I have noticed the position of the mat moving slightly during the course of the workout, but again i am using on carpet so could be a factor, not too big of an issue, its only by a few cm.Once this one wares out i would not hestitate about buying a new one to replace. I am impressed!

I am new to yoga and needed a mat that was comfortable to kneel on on hard floors at my class , I spent far to long researching what was best taking into account my experience, price & longevity, however I was prepared to pay for top end then decided my ability would be nowhere near the need, my research suggested PVC mats are entry level and wear out, TPE is the new normal (there is a difference) which is more forgiving on comfort and whilst rubber backed mats are probably the best but are heavier and expensive, So I purchased the Core Balance TPE Alignment version, the additional benefits are its slightly wider than std , its 6mm deep (most mats are 4mm) which is more comfortable but not too soft to affect your balance when standing on one leg, its TPE which is light to carry and better cushioning when kneeling, I bought the alignment model for looks but expect there may be a benefit as I am just starting, I haven't slipped on it yet but I'm not sure I can stretch that far yet lol!For around £25 for the alignment version and the Core TPE std version at around £15 don't look any further I found it the best value for beginner /intermediate

Nice sponge mat. About right thickness for yoga.Could of been full marks if ink was better quality.

This mat is good quality. It provides a good comfort level relative to its thickness. The carry strap is handy both to keep it rolled up and ready to travel.It grips the floor relatively well, but the top surface does not offer the best grip say for when performing downward dog. It can also become quite slippery if you sweat on the mat since it does not absorb that well and even towelling it down alone does not dry it out effectively.Overall a decent product, but some of the issues could be improved upon.

Muy ligera, amortigua muy bien el contacto de la rodilla con el suelo, se fija muy bien al suelo aunque no tanto a la superficie de las manos y pies. Aún así es de gran calidad. Buena compra.
