I’ve been using Spearmint Capsules for a while now, and they’ve become a part of my daily routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve noticed that they have a subtle, fresh spearmint flavor which is quite nice. In terms of value for money, they’re definitely worth it given the quality. I also find that they help improve my mood and leave me feeling refreshed. The smell when you open is a pleasant burst of spearmint, which adds to the overall experience.

These are a good alternative to drinking peppermint tea , I haven’t yet seen any of the stated benefits but I also haven’t been taking them for that long so time will tell , I would say they are easy to swallow also tasteless 👍 and a good amount for the price

These will naturally increase your estrogen level. However consult doctor first as raising estrogen alone can cause a different imbalance (unless you need just estrogen). Good value. No taste or smell. Would repurchase these.
