- Sit comfortably, back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place the cuff on your upper arm, 1-2 cm above your elbow.

- Keep your arm relaxed and at heart level.

- Wait around 30 seconds for the result to appear on the screen.
- Don´t move or talk during measurement.
