Used to make Gluten free bread and it works, only used a teaspoon and helped the bread achieve the desired consistency, all good and I have lots left for future baking.

A tiny amount of this really does thicken gravy and sauces, which is a real boost to anyone who has been on low carb or slimming style diets, which avoid any kind of cornflour, plain or sauce flour. Loses one star as it is hard to mix - I use a tiny milk frother to whisk it into a little cool water before adding to the sauce. Beware it can have a laxative effect so use sparingly (not that you need much anyway).

As a gluten substitute or thickening agent it is very sticky and makes a heavy consistency. I am experimenting with quantity to reduce said issues but also testing other gluten substitutes. Not clear whether all Zxantum gums are the same.

Ho addensato sia piatti freddi che caldi, va aggiunta in piccole dosi e mixata vigorosamente. Ottima anche per omogeneizzare prodotti che altrimenti potrebbero separasi (ad esempio mousse con albumi e tuori montati o emulsioni acqua/olio)

Un buon produto .Con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È arrivato in tempi previsti. Lo usato per fare a casa pasta di zucchero e posso dire che basta davvero pocco per realizzare la pasta di zucchero per copertura.E abbastanza elastica e indurisce veloce .Si può usare anche come addensante per le creme e budini in pasticeria.Senza sapore e non cambia gusti di altri ingredienti.Facile di usare.Lo consiglio

Me tenía que llegar dia 15 y me llegó ayer, dia 5, o sea que por esa parte muy contenta y muy bién por la empresa que me ha mandado el producto. Es la primera vez que compro Goma Xantana por lo que no sé si és de buena calidad o no. Pero Ayer mismo hice una tarta usando el producto y no me quedó tan esponjosa como suele quedarme (sin este producto) pero bueno, tal vez se deba a mi falta de experiéncia con la Goma Xantana.
