It's really working well for me.I've been on a keto diet for several weeks and just over a week ago, dropped down to about 25 carbs a day. Just prior to this, I'd also experienced painful issues, due to me not having a gallbladder and my system struggling to deal with the extra fats.After dropping my carbs again to this latest amount, I got keto flu symptoms much worse than first time around, so did some research and discovered the benefits of MCT oil. This product appealed to me the most. It's really helped me and definitely gives me a much needed boost! I usually suffer from chronic IBD and GORD, amongst many other problems but I barely have any symptoms now!As advised by H&G, I started off with a low amount - I tried a teaspoon - and after a few days of gradually increasing, am now on a tablespoon of the MCT oil, a day. I put this in my daily cup of decaff coffee (almost a café au lait) and apart from separating the froth on top, I wasn't aware of the oil when drinking it. I have very sensitive taste buds and sense of smell, so this was a winner for me!I will definitely be getting more of this, as and when needed, and recommend it.

I generally use MCT oil in my bullet proof coffee and the previous brand I used was very good but had issues with the design of the bottle when it came to pouring it, messy and waste of product as it dribbled down the sides no matter how carefully it was poured. Anyway, the Hunter and Gather MCT oil comes in a tall glass bottle and has a built-in pouring spout so no mess and no waste, Great! Zero taste which is good as it’s versatile to add to in coffee, shakes, smoothies etc.,Will definitely order this again!

Good product. I read the benefits of having met oil and it’s definitely worth taking. Similar effects to intermittent fasting. I was after a product derived from coconuts oil. I’m not interested in palm oil, even if it sustainable.. furthermore there’s nothing to prove right now it’s sustainable. Organic needs a logo to certify.Love this product and will buy again. I also like the glass bottle. Yes it’s heavier but I hate plastic. You can often end up digesting plastic particles. Glass is safer and healthier. Whether this is the best met on the market is debatable. I’ve not done enough research but I’m satisfied with this product. The taste is almost tasteless so you don’t need to worry that you won’t like it. Thumbs up

Thank goodness they have designed this with a non drip spout. Ive had so much trouble trying to pour other mct oils without making a mess, as they often drip and cause unnecessary waste. I think this bottle looks lovely on the counter too and the oil is good quality. The packaging was obviously done with care and its clear the seller pays attention to detail with this product. Im very happy and have subscribed for a regular order of this for an even more super price. I dont think you will regret buying this its a keeper if your using it for keto.

I do always pour in my coffee and it is amazing to benefits using it every day, I feel more energy and my body is warmer, in the sense of my digestive system works better and its a great clean MTC oil

I really like this product. I add it to my morning tea or coffee and blend in the Nutribullet and get a lovely foamy drink. It has helped me lose 7kgs in one month already!
