It’s close to the maximum size allowed.. and it’s big.This bag survived a fortnight in the Riviera Maya (MX) with me and my partner. It functioned awesomely as a carry-on, and for our trips around adventure parks & Chichen Itza. It’s incredibly versatile.Whether you’re looking to cram in electronics, clothes, shoes & home comforts as your carry-on, or trying to pack a day-bag for your adventures, I couldn’t recommend this thing enough. The various pouches make organising a breeze, and even when packed with weight, this bag showed no signs of fraying, tearing, etc.There’s various different straps for carrying this bag, including the ability to put it over your luggage handle. You can additionally clip on the straps to wear it as a back-pack, with the included carabiner style clips. These clip onto metal fastenings — not fabric, ensuring that they’re able to handle the weight.The included waterproof pouch was great for our phones, and the included USB port for charging your phone with a power bank is an awesome feature. I do wish that the port was glued into place though, as this sometimes falls out inside the bag and it’s a little bit annoying to get back in place.Also, the pouch for the USB power bank needs to be wider.. neither of my 20,000mah power banks were even close to fitting in the slot. They worked fine in the main compartment, just a small gripe.All in all, I can’t give you enough reasons to get this bag.. I was looking at Eastpak etc and couldn’t find something exactly akin to what I needed, but this fit the bill. I was a little sceptical of the brand (I’ve never personally heard of Aerolite), however the quality of this bag is excellent, made our trip a breeze, and will no doubt last many years.I found that if you zip all the compartments to one side, you can just about get a padlock shackle through all the holes in the zips, meaning you can’t open the bag.. this was great for a carry-on.I look forward to hopefully using more of Aerolite’s products in the future.. thank you for making our trip so easy.

I love it! The straps can be easily put away, it's robust and not too many pockets. The lap top one is just right for my travel slippers!

I needed this urgently as a 10kg carry on compatible with jet2. It worked out great. It was comfortable to wear. Most of the space inside is dedicated to the main clothes compartment but there's a section for a laptop and front pouches for documents etc. It also has a big strap on the back that can be used to fix it onto a wheelie bag handle. The back straps can also be tucked away. While abroad I used it for shopping: it's bigger than most carrier bags.It lasted a little over 3 years and required some maintenance during that time. The spring clips (which retain the straps to the base of the bag) warped out of shape within a year so, so that they didn't close properly, and had to be replaced with key rings. After 3 years I had to super glue closed part of the main compartment zip, as it kept splitting open (away from the zipper) and then noted that the lining had ripped on the laptop section. I will now be replacing the backpack. It was good for a couple of years but I leave it to you as to whether 3 years is the correct life for a product like this.

Bought this to satisfy my requirements for a carry on that would fit two weeks clothes in, which it does no problem. Pack like a suitcase, carry like a backpack, pockets for battery banks, Laptops, cables and more, compress with the straps to get around the bag limits, it just works.

Absolutely love this bag. Perfect hand luggage size for a few days away but when it's not full, it is useful as a smaller bag. I've used it so much since i had it - very pleased with it as it was exactly what i needed, Good quality and loads of space.

An excellent piece of luggage. Plenty of of useful pockets and compartments. In fact so many I lost track of were I’d put things! Used to fly away on a three day trip, I could take more than enough clothes etc. Just as well as we had to stay an extra night.Loads of room.. lightweight and easy to carry with different strap options.Well worth the price.

Well thought out piece of luggage, although adjusting the shoulder straps, when in rucksack mode, isn't easy. This us the only black mark.Otherwise, a pleasure to use.
