This arrived very quickly which was ideal as it was a last minute decision to buy a bigger bed for our daughter.The boxes were heavy, but I managed to get them upstairs myself. I laid all the parts out to check I had everything, and read the instructions before deciding to build the bed.I found the bed reasonably easy to put together, I only needed some help with a few bolts and I did put one part on upside down 🫣 However, in just 2 hours the bed is built and mattress on.The mattress is very comfortable, my daughter is going to love her bed

I didn’t read the reviews until after I had ordered this bed, then I was worried! It was very difficult to confirm the delivery time, but it did arrive when they said it would.The bed was relatively easy to build and all the parts were included which had become my biggest concern! It was a huge relief

2 very tips girls put this together laughing all the way especially when we realised we have made a mistake on step 1 😂😂 anyway was all done except the hydraulics couldn't get them to work at all messaged seller who send advice of putting the mattress on ans really pulling down and it will go and get easier over time. Did this thinking this is never going to work and boosh it worked. Bed great value for money so much storage underneath its amazing we got superking and it's soooo big 🥰🥰

The instructions are really hard to follow and I'm an engineer regularly looking at drawings and taking things apart & putting them back together again. I missed the spacers between the metal frame and sideboard. Got towards the end & realised I still had two pieces and the frame wasn't wide enough. Building it was OK, but easier if you have two people to do (I had to do it myself as my wife is heavily pregnant).I bought this in October, but didn't get the mattress until a month after - thought we'd save money on the frame, then buy a really nice mattress from a bed store. Once built, the frame seemed very fragile and we didn't realise how under spec the pneumatic arm is - my guess is that they use the same one for every size bed and they are definitely not strong enough for a super king size mattress. It's incredibly dangerous, so please be careful: the pathetic handle collapsed on the first use as the pistons couldn't control the mattress on the way down. I've had to make my own handles and even then, I don't trust leaning in with the mattress up and always have someone hold it up.You can't sit at the end of the bed, unless you're at a corner, otherwise it will sink & creak. We've not had anything break yet, but it's only been 3 months of sleeping in it. Comfortable enough, but definitely more to do with the £2k mattress we bought. We basically only use storage at the bottom of the bed that can be easily reached, because I don't trust using the space further in for fear of losing an arm - pretty much defeating the purpose of having an Ottoman bed.The bed itself looks decent on the outside, but as soon as you lift up the mattress (needs a huge amount of effort, because the pneumatic piston is useless), the inside looks really cheap and tacky. So if you're looking for something that looks good and not too concerned about safety, then this is the bargain for you.

Very nice and lovly bed frame.I was thinking the gas lift is not working but after reading the instructions I could find out after putting the mattress in place it will work and same happened.I want to say thanks to seller for this lovely bed frame.Mine id super king and it is working very good and meet all expectations.I definitely recommend it.

The bed takes a bit of putting together but once done is sturdy, comfortable and good value for money. 5* for bed. Zero for delivery! However, it was for my daughter who has severe disabilities, the delivery person stated unless her carer helped to carry it in he wouldn’t be able to deliver it! She is a little slip of a girl and helped to carry the heavy packages.

Very happy with the bed. Took a couple of hours to put together for one person at a steady pace, I'm sure it can be done quicker but be careful to read the instructions properly and make sure the metal frame is correctly orientated so all the holes line up. We ordered the memory foam mattress which comes vacuum packed and then expands rapidly when the air is released. Once assembled and the mattress had expanded, it is a nice looking bed and also comfortable to sleep on and does seem pretty sturdy. The slats don't look very resilient (though standard in ottoman beds) but with a chunky mattress your weight is spread sufficiently so they do the job well.
