Absolutely love this and i have not been laughing when doing something for quite a while. Only one think i dont like is the way the elastic cord is attached to head band, it kept loosening and extending my reach over 30 minutes session with it, but perhaps there is not anything better. Overall this is great to warm up whole body before work out - at least for me - and gives nice fast response reflexes and hand coordination, one can see the improvement every session. If you are looking at this with interest then give it a go - for the money it ain't doesn't matter, just try it ...

It’s compact, easy to set up, and a good way to mix up your home workouts.That said, it can be tricky at first — the ball moves fast and if you’re not careful, it can smack you in the face (I caught one to the nose early on). It definitely takes some practice to get the timing right. Still, once you get the hang of it, it’s an enjoyable way to train reflexes and burn some energy.

Bought this to play at Christmas with family and friends, but the elastic attached is too thin and long and makes the game frustrating. It soon got put back in the box and has stayed in the cupboard ever since.
