As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must.I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them.I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about.I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either.Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!

I used this in the first few weeks after my Csection. It was so.comfortable initially and kept the maternity pad in place. However, once my tummy reduced, it did not stay on top of my tummy, instead it rolled down and was touching the csection wound.

These sexy bad boys saved my modesty. After having a c section I was put in some hospital issued white transparent big knickers with a pad. Well turns out they were practically see through and I did not feel like flashing half the ward. These were life savers. Super comfy and lasted all day (making sure you change your pads as required). I have recently gifted a pack of these to a friend who is going in for her c section soon. I note they say for vaginal birth but given I was meant to be having a vaginal birth and ended up having an emergency c section these worked a treat. I like that they are high enough to cover the c section scar and are boy shorts.

I got it for post C-section recovery and this was a total saviour - very soft / not rubbing anywhere, but providing good cover and not slipping down (unlike maternity knickers you get in hospital). And great value for money compared to other options. The fabric also goes well with maternity pads.

Los únicos pañales que podía soportar después de mi cesárea.

Pedí 3 diferentes marcas de pañales post parto para ver cuales no me iban a molestar y estos eran los únicos que no se enrollaban, no me pinchaban y se sentían bien con la cicatriz. La única desventaja es que tienes que ponerles una compresa aparte porque no traen, pero sinceramente es lo de menos. He repetido el pedido.

The best disposable underwear. I was so glad I had these after I had my baby. Also as I was nearly running out of them I changed washing a pair in the washing machine and they came out perfectly! They are so comfortable and gentle on the tummy area. Highly recommend.

Ottimo prodotto! Le ho usate per il mio parto cesareo… fantastiche. Ne ho usate 5 in ospedale… le restanti le ho indossate a casa al posto dell intimo anche se tecnicamente non mi servivano più… tantissime sono stati i complimenti da parte di infermiere, ostetriche e dottori.

These were so comfortable after my c section. Made me feel supported without to much pressure on my incision. Still able to put a pad down if needed and doesn’t give you a big diaper butt like some of the hospital underwear does. (I also found that the hospital underwear sat right at my incision where as these went about to my belly button)
