I had worn cartilage in my left knee, that was about four years ago, was in a lot of pain, did a lot of cycling which seemed to help but stopped that about two years ago but have continued taking glucosamine & chondroitin and have had almost no pain in my knees since, would love to see an up to date e-ray to see what it looks like in there!
