It noticeably reduced inflammation and discomfort. A little goes a long way, and I didn’t even finish the tube. It’s become my go-to for managing gum flare-ups between appointments. Highly recommend.

Don’t be fooled by the illustrations, this is a frustratingly tiny tube of gel. Applying a pea-sized blob of the product to teeth and gums, this tube will barely last a week!Impossible to judge efficacy - and with no obvious reduction in inflammation. Almost certainly not worth the price listed.

Maybe it's too soon as it's only been in the evening and overnight, but I often use oralgel I've had a bad ache for two months since my filling came out, every morning I wake up in pain not today, I have to fully assume it's this product that has helped take the ache and pain and swelling away, as I said it's too soon but it really isn't, if the pain comes back worse than before in the next day to week I will update, but honestly wow.
