High quality Ashwagandha can get very expensive and the cheap ones can be very poor quality. At the price these were selling for at the time (£5) It is a fantastic deal. The capsules don't have an after taste like others do, they are easy to get into and packaged well, and seems to be completely pure. Would buy from this brand again.

I struggle to switch off at bedtime so after reading about this root i thought i'd give it a try.I took one in the morning and one in the evening and on the first night my mind was unusually quiet when i jumped into bed and i managed to fall asleep pretty fast. Night after night since has been the same and whereas usually i wake up three to four times to go toilet i've been sleeping through completely.I've also noticed a feeling of general calmness in the daytime; like i'm more nonchalant and unphased.Not sure if it's a placebo effect or if the ashwagandha is actually responsible for the changes but either way i'm happy with the restful nights and more relaxed state of mind, it's subtle but definately noticeable and i'd recommend giving them a try if you have trouble sleeping or have a busy mind.
