I have been using this gel for the last 2 weeks more or less. I have seen benefits especially on days that I have been loading my joints more. But also after heavy days on gym helped me with muscle soreness. Nice cooling effect with mouth the burning feeling I had from other brands. Quick and fast delivery which always helps.

I never write reviews. So you know I mean this. I have recently caused major injury to my knee including torn ligaments. The amount of pain I have been in has been unbelievable. I bought this product after reading these reviews and i can tell you now. It works!! My pain was quite bad so although it didn’t disappear completely using this it certainly took the edge off the pain to be able to sit and lie comfortably. I have used it on my back however and that pain has gone completely. Would highly recommend!

I hadn’t had a full nights sleep in a few months due to neck spasms and shoulder pain. I am restricted to certain medications and I thought I would give this a try. The gel smells amazing it's not a thick gel and it certainly does freeze.No spasms or shoulder pain for a few days now. Glad I took a chance on it.
