Soft and pliable like silicone not the hard ones that are made of a more solid plastic that can be a little scratchy and tend to trap any muck in your nose when you take them out. I've used these for a few years and they're great but as a smoker working in the building trade they can also get to look a little yucky after a month or two even if you do wipe them off occasionally so I'm really happy to buy a pack of 12 at this price. I've got a very average sized nose, mediums are ok but this 'large' size suits me and really holds the tubes open. I don't snore now and sleep really well. All good.

I bought the large size on spec, not being familiar with this brand; I’d go for medium next time. The nose vents do the job but seem a bit too stiff. Also there is a small “fin” on each barrel which other brands don’t have, purpose unclear … On balance I prefer other brands I’ve tried.

I have a big nose but teeny nasal passages. I am a side sleeper and gravity actually affects whichever nostril is on top too. I am a bad snorer, much to my wife’s displeasure! These nose vents work wonders for me!! Not only a much better nights sleep but a happy wife too 👍 I have been using them for over a year now. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all and have only found they have fallen out a handful of times. I obviously have the large for my huge conk, they are a good fit for me but I could probably go a fair bit bigger hahaha

There’s a variation of all sizes in both shapes. The silicone soft ones are the only one comfortably, spiral shape ones are very damaging. There’s a small hook on silicone ones that sadly just don’t fit for me but could be great for othersFor £10 expect to only for one couple that fits well enough, seem to help with snoring while they still in but tend to fall out half way through a night sadly.Update. The plastic has become very weak after a few weeks so I can only give 2/5. I feel the link between each nostril will break soon s

Pleased to be able to purchase this as a sampler box with multiple types and sizes. Makes it easy to find the most suitable size. Looks like a good quality product, I'm sure it will last for a while. Not sure if it will prevent snoring, but it certainly helps opening up the nose, making breathing easier. Finally can comfortably breathe through my nose again.

I tried these and found them to work, I normally use another brand which also work well, but these are cheaper and you get more of them for your money. I got the soft filters but will also try the harder ones. I find them comfortable but this is a personal thing as it is with anything you use that widens your basal passage. They don't stop me snoring but they do significantly reduce the volume.

My snoring was starting to really affect my partner. I tried these and my snoring has been cut down by about 80%. For the first week or 10 days they didn’t seem to make a big difference but after that they did. Stick with them!They seem awkward but they are soft to wear right from the start. For me, after a while, my nose seemed to adapt and they started to fit better and better - they went just a touch further in. I’ve been wearing them for 6 months and only twice have they ever come out.Highly recommended

Goed materiaal en vorm, ik heb ervaring met een iets grotere uitvoering.Die was niet beschikbaar, deze is maar een fractie kleiner (midium) en maakt hierdoor ademen hoorbaar. Dat is niet prettig.
