The Snailex 2-in-1 Foot Massager is amazing — it gets deep into those sore spots with just the right pressure, and the heat setting is the cherry on top. After long shifts on my feet, I slide them in, close my eyes, and it’s like I’ve checked into a luxury spa without ever leaving the couch.It’s super quiet, sleek-looking, and really easy to use. I didn’t expect it to feel this good, but now I’m borderline obsessed. 😂The only tiny downside is that the built-in timer shuts the massager off a little sooner than I’d like. I get that it’s a safety feature, but when you're just getting into full relaxation mode... boom. Off. Not a dealbreaker though — I just restart it when I want more time.All in all, worth every penny. My feet are happy, and honestly, so is the rest of me. If you're thinking about it — just do it. Your future self will thank you!

It's important to note that this is mainly a foot massager with a heat function. I found this item when I was searching for a replacement foot warmer. At first I was disappointed that the heated element as well as massager only lasts for 15 minutes and you have to keep switching it back on. But I soon got to really love the massage function. I used it regularly for a couple of weeks until it suddenly stopped working. I felt bereft. And wondered how the after-care service would be.I contacted Snailax to return the item. After a couple of days they replied requesting a copy of my Bolo sales invoice in order to facilitate the return.So I thought I'd just give the massager one more try and it started working again! I contacted Snailax to say that it was now working but I was concerned about it stopping again. They responded by extending my warranty and promising to replace the massager if it goes wrong again.I'm using the massager as I write. I'm very happy and relieved at the outcome and can't fault the customer service on this occasion.

Wow, I am so impressed with the Snailax 2in1 massager. I used it the evening I received it and was so pleased. I have (undiagnosed, waiting on appointment) neuropathy in my legs, especially the right one and was looking for something to sooth it.I had tried a tens machine, not quite right. Then I tried one of the foot machines that send electrical pulses through the foot, but again the result was not what I needed. My son has a shiatsu massager for his shoulders which is brilliant for him and I tried it gently under my feet before spending more money. I liked the feeling but obviously it was not the correct piece of kit.I looked at loads of shiatsu foot massagers and read reviews etc. and chose this one because the make kept coming top or near the top of various reviews, and because it is very affordable. I am over the moon. It is gentle (bear in mind my foot is partially numb) but not so gentle that you cannot feel the movement. My legs and feet felt so good after 15 minutes use and I was hooked.As mentioned by others, the heating is not terrific but if you give it time you are aware of it. Again, please be aware my right foot is usually ice cold, so I may not be the best judge. I have an amazing heating boot slipper for both feet, so I can use that first then massage. The machine has two directional settings, and the session can be split between the two.I also love the use if this massage on my calves. I have sciatica, so tried it against the calf and was amazed at the gentle release of the tension in my leg. I cannot believe how versatile and effective this shiatsu massage is.I shall be using this machine as often as is safe and definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a foot massage, whether or not you have foot/leg problems.

This is a flat plate that vibrates, I bought it as a birthday present, paid £32 It is now showing under £15.Was very disappointed expected massage balls.

Takes a while to warm up. And it's designed to turn itself off after 15 minutes so you constantly have to turn it back on again. So it never gets or stays very hot unless you are consistent with it. The massager is nice though, but the heat is the most important part, and that is disappointing.

Ein tolles Fußmassagegerät und eine ideale Kombination zu einer Sitzmassageauflage.Ein Minuspunkt gibt es dafür, dass nur ein englischer Stecker mitgeliefert wurde ohne dass dies in der Beschreibung steht. Es musste also noch ein Adapter gekauft werden.

What a pleasant surprise, the unit is light weight, heats up nicely and provides a relaxing massage. I like that the material extends up over your ankle keeping your feet warm. There's plenty of room to move your feet/foot around to find just the right spot for the massaging rollers. The remote adds a nice touch for convenience. I wish the runtime was longer, it automatically shuts off around 10 minutes, but a quick press on the remote and your back to enjoying the massage and relaxing.
