La uso ormai da 1 mesetto circa, all'inizio il sapore acidulo non mi piaceva, ma ora che ciò fatto la "bocca" riesco a prenderla tranquillamente.Assumo la dose consigliata sciolta in semplice acqua fresca, 20 minuti prima di iniziare l'attività fisica, abbinandola ad un frutto calorico in genere come una banana.La differenza si nota soprattutto durante l'allenamento, sembrerebbe il recupero abbastanza buono specialmente con questo caldo, e anche a livello muscolare alcuni miei amici hanno notato più "massa".Qualità e prezzo nella norma

Everything is alright. I don't know if it's better than monohydrate, but it tastes very sour. For me, it's not a problem; with a glass of sparkling water it tastes nice, like lemon soda. It's easier to digest – with monohydrate I have the problem that I feel it in my stomach (heaviness). Super fast delivery to Austria (30 hours...yes for Polish people it could be slow, when it's more than 24 h). The packaging was securely sealed. Expiry date: 10.03.2028.
