I would be able to print a label and take it to my local post office. The printer free option list post offices some distance from me. And not the ones on my doorstep. I would also like to give it to someone to drop off for me with a printed label. Everytime I have to go through huge palaver phoning Bolo to return anything now. And am told that it hasn't changed! Please reinstate choice to print labels.

The size online was small. When the hat arrived the label said S/M. It was a present. So , as it is in a bag which is opaque, the label wasn't visible until I'd already given the present.

Exactly as advertised, warm, fits well, and waterproof. I followed the recommendations to get one size smaller than I normally would and bought the Small/Medium instead of Large, a good an accurate recommendation. It's the warmest of my old beanies and the only one that stays covering my ears. (The others require pulling down repeatedly to keep my ears warm.)
