Having sensitive skin made shaving a pain and would leave time between shaves as long as I could without the wife nagging. Bought this to try and am really impressed, even using it regularly I do not suffer with dry and irritating skin after shaving. If you want a pleasant shave without the pulling and dragging off a conventional shaving cream try this one. I knows it more expensive but it lasts longer than normal cremes and gels but it is well worth paying the additional price.

I find I have to use a bit more than the recommended amount to get a friction less shave without irritation. Smells great and works well if you use it liberally.

After being unable to obtain my preferred shave butter, the 'Dr Carver' from DollarShave, I figured I'd give this a go. It works well enough but doesn't last in the same way, so I find more is required to apply and re-apply to avoid the shave becoming painful. It's nothing like thick enough to be called shave butter, and the amount needed shows. For some reason, the designers also have put peppermint in, which explains why my skin keeps being irritated.It's an adequate replacement until I find something more 'butter', but they need to make it thicker to justify it being called shave butter, and perhaps release a sensitive skin variant that has all the extra perfume nonsense removed.Credit where it's due, the company got in touch and refunded me despite the above, so I am quite impressed.

Lovely smell and keeps your skin smooth after shaving.Very comfortable while shaving with just a little bit and there’s hardly any need to reapply some more.

I’ve used this and don’t know if it’s any better than a normal shaving cream.It does leave your shaver smelly if you don’t thoroughly wash it though very quickly.
