Kidneys for a couple of weeks and can say that they do seem to have an effect. Unfortunately one thing I would say is that even though they are gelatin caps there is a taste which is rather unpleasant so I have to take these with a drink whereas normally I can just swallow gelatin caps. In fairness I have got used to it now but that will be the only negative.

First thing I check when I open a new bottle of supplements is the smell and I couldn’t really smell anything strong from it so that’s a good start for me. The pills are a regular size and are indeed easy to swallow. There’s no powder spillage in the bottle so again there’s nothing to taste. I would never be able to say yes these works so I won’t fool you into thinking it does, I’m taking them right now and I have not felt any adverse effects so I’m going by that and trusting it does what it says it does.

Mi vedo costretto a modificare questa recensione perché ho preferito interrompere l'assunzione di questo prodotto che, il mio corpo, ha iniziato a mal tollerare dopo circa 4 settimane, di cui la prima con 2 capsule al dì.Dopo 25 giorni circa con 4 caps/giorno ho iniziato a notare una leggera irrequietezza, un senso di "gonfiore" agli occhi ed una maggiore sensibilità alla luce.Inoltre ho notato un lieve stato di disidratazione, osservabile dalla cute e dalle unghie. Nulla di grave ovviamente, ma ho preferito interrompere.Questa è la mia personale esperienza sul mio organismo perché ribadisco che il prodotto in sé è valido ed il rapportoqualità prezzo è ottimo.Consiglio di prendere le capsule nella prima parte di giornata e non al pomeriggio/sera. Un paio di capsule al mattino donano energia costante e "reale". Non passeggera come farebbe una tazzina di caffè. Questo posso assicurarlo.Bisogna assumerle con costanza e sempre nella stessa quantità. Senza saltare nemmeno un giorno.Gli effetti, per mia esperienza, si vedono dopo almeno 3/4 settimane di assunzione costante. Se siete in un periodo stressante o stanchi potrebbero essere necessarie più settimane.Influisce anche sulla libido, ma i suoi benefici sono generalizzati.Erano rimaste 80 capsule circa che ho regalato ad un amico.Penso che in futuro la ricomprerò, però mi manterrò su 2 capsule al giorno, l'importante è la costanza e la conservazione del prodotto, possibilmente lontano da luce e fonti di calore e col barattolo sempre chiuso.Lo consiglierei quindi ?Si, ma ascoltate il vostro corpo durante l'assunzione
