I only recently bought this (last week) and i have used it 4 times and can already see hair growth. Im using this alongside rosemary oil and scalp massager but this definitely boosted my hair growth! definitely recommend !the only negative is the packaging: it does not come with a case - only in a plastic holder so it's difficult to storedefinitely worth its value

PRODUCT ARRIVED USED!!!!I opened the packaging, was about to sterilise the roller (as it says to do so on the instructions) and upon closer inspection, I can see a HAIR on the roller. I feel sick.

This product is not the same as the one I ordered the time before. I didn’t feel much when using it, even when applying a bit more force than I usually needed to for the previous roller. Some of the needles may be blunt, which is not good for use. Please refer to the images attached. It’s strange that my previous derma roller looked exactly as the image advertised. This on the other hand did not. You can immediately tell from the casing. I would like either a replacement or a refund please.
