    Nice product, great smell. Complements the others in the range. I’ve seen lots of comments about the pump not working and I had the same issue. So - fully tighten the pump up on the bottle (turning it left) then hold the bottom of the pump dispenser in place, push the pump down and turn it the opposite way (right). It will click and pop up after a few turns.

    The media could not be loaded. Arrived Damaged. Trying to arrange a return but apparently not eligible for return. Ordered Shampoo and Conditioner together so will write review for both.Really disappointed and would not recommend buying it whatsoever.
