Good quality and well-priced product with very prompt delivery. I used it for making a gluten free flour mix for baking Eccles cakes. It worked brilliantly in the blend and had a very good flavour. Unfortunately it was a little too good, all the cakes have been eaten! Thank you. Will definitely buy this product again from you!

This was really nice and sweet rice flour. I managed to make three batches of mochi which actually turned out very nice. It was so delicious that I kept making more. The flour was a bit on the pricey side but it was nice and smooth.
