It melts easily and adds a gorgeous rich taste to baked goods. I generally don't use it for ganache because it's a bit too high a percentage for my taste but it works very well. The bags reseal really well so it's easy to store in them rather than having to use another container.In the past it's been great value but unfortunately it's gone up a lot (hasn't everything tho!) I think their factory has had issues that make it harder to source too. It's well worth it if you can get your hands on it tho

Great product! Just remember that when recipes normally call for dark chocolate, they usually assume you have 50-60% dark chocolate, so if you use this one, the outcome is going to be a bit less sweet than the recipe intended.

I usually buy this from the trading company website but it was much cheaper on Bolo, no delivery charges and delivered next day.

first try making homemade chocolates this year, melt this and keep it below 34c and you'll keep, perfect glossy chocolate with a good snap
