Easy to use. App has lots of information - not just numbers but explanation of what each one means and colour coded if within usual range or not. Good graphs. Can quickly change measurements data from kg to lb / stone or back again in settings to see it in different units.Seems accurate. I had salter body fat scales but wanted scales that link straight to an app so got renpho. Results similar (renpho says I'm about 1kg heavier! No idea which are correct but they are both giving me roughly the same weight, similar body composition percentages so seems likely accurate. Pattern (Trend) of data from same scales, same time of day is what matters to me more than a single number.)If you aren't going to use the app, the scales are pretty basic with a red LED readout of weight but combined with app they are great.Haven't charged them yet (I bought rechargeable model) but so far so good and I really like them.Can tap scales on with foot but this can be a little temperamental. Alternatively just press the on button.

The measurements are not accurate... If they were it wouldn't require an athlete mode because the scale would know your body composition and muscle mass anyway without you having to tell it. However it weighs accurately and the rest of the measures are just a bit of extra fun. The app is good and being able to track your weight over time to see how it changes over the weeks, months and years is great (or possibly a bit depressing). As for the rest, the mirror will probably give you better information.

These scales are fantastic together with using the app. Can also be used without the app however, you won’t be able to use these to their full potential.The body composition has been an amazing tool whilst on my weight loss journey.I was getting hung up on my old set that purely just told me my weight to the nearest lb, these ones however tell you so much more, that even the smallest loss feels like a really big achievement. And also gives you a lot more information in other areas of your health, metabolic age, BMI, visceral fat etc.I would highly recommend these scales.

These are great scales. The app is brilliant for helping you track a variety of measurements and visually shows progress. Some tips when using: stay on the scales until all measurements are taken - it does weight first then others such as BMI, visceral fat etc. if you jump off once weight shows it doesn’t record the other measurements. If there will be be more than one person using them, be sure to allocate them a profile. I got a surprise one morning when it seemed I had lost a stone, but my daughter had used them before me and it automatically added her measurements to my profile when it connected to my Bluetooth.I really like that it is rechargeable. I have not had to recharge yet as have only been using it for two weeks, but condos give it a full charge when it was delivered and this was very easy.The scales are slim so can easily be stored in a small space.The app uses a RAG system so you can easily see if you are within a healthy range with your measurements, and you can set it to compare your data with a specific date or the day before. You can also look at trends using morning data, evening data, or an average of the two. I am not sure how accurate the body composition measurements are and I’m sure they are not as good as proper medical scales, but I figure that even if not totally accurate, the trend data will.All in all I don’t think there is anything to dislike about them. They are really affordable and offer great insight into how your body is changing.

Easy to connect, great statistics and the app is excellent with the ability to join the community and connect to Samsung Health. I really like everything about it, except for the statistics it confirmed 😂

I was sceptical that this was going to be good at such a low price, but the app works really well and allows you to set a goal and track your progress towards it. It will even filter your records by AM and PM to help you understand the fluctuations better.

I've now had these scales for three years, they are impressive! The historical graph showing my fluctuating weight over that time has been really helpful to see what has worked and what hasn't. I've recently joined slimming world and these scales match the reading on their professional ones perfectly. To top it off, Renpho recently released a new app, their third, which is perfect. It works better than I would expect and I would happily buy other products of theirs.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONSThe packaging is very minimalistic, arriving in a plain cardboard box without colour graphics or images. This is nice, because this type of packaging will save the consumer from paying extra.The scale is well-packed inside of the box, with a plastic wrap to protect the glass from scuffs as well as styrofoam placeholders so that the scale doesn’t shift around or arrive damaged in shipment.Included is a micro USB cable, an informative manual with instructions in English, Deutsh, Francais, Italiano, Espanol, as well as an invitation to register the product for certain benefits.BUILD QUALITYThe scale has a premium build quality, with a weighty feel to it.The glass on the top side is smooth and glossy, supported by a matte plastic base on the bottom. The plastic on the bottom feels a little hollow, but this isn’t important in regular use.The design is very pleasing, with an understated look that separates the scale from a typical bathroom scale. The glass catches fingerprints, naturally.FUNCTIONALITYFirst and foremost, the micro USB charging feature of the scale is very convenient compared to traditional AAA-style scales.The power button can be found on the back, which will take some getting used to, and does involve an extra step compared to some scales which simply activate upon being stepped on. However, I imagine this would help the longevity of the battery, which does have to work extra hard in order to provide Bluetooth functionality.The scale feels sturdy when being stood upon, and provides a quick and accurate readout of weight. Nearly instantly, it conveys the information to the RENPHO Smart App, which provides valuable feedback based on certain metrics such as height and age.RENPHO SMART SCALE APPI am using the iOS version of the Renpho Smart app. The app involves a sign-up process which asks for certain parameters including weight, age, and height in order to best determine your progress and goals.The app has the capability to work with Apple Health to compile information and create a comprehensive picture.The app estimates BMI, Body Fat%, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, as well as providing a graph which tracks progress in these various metrics.This is what makes this scale stand out. This information is far and beyond what a “dumb scale” could possibly communicate, making use of the limitless capability of smartphones to process and present data.In my opinion, this makes the scale worth well beyond the asking price.Bluetooth may at first seem gimmicky when it comes to a scale, but it’s the information that is communicated via the app which really adds so much value to this scale.FINAL THOUGHTSI would recommend it to anyone tenfold for its retail price.If you are at all concerned about health, wanting to know more about your body, and how to create a plan of action in order to improve fitness, as well as staying on track with your goals, the RENPHO Smart Scale is the perfect place to start.

La bascula funciona perfectamente, tiene precisión, la app es bastante buena y fácil de usar, y lo que mas me gusta es que si te pesas sin el móvil, la próxima vez que te conectes con la app del móvil se sincronizan tus pesadas anteriores, por lo que no tienes que utilizar siempre el móvil y no pierdes datos. Se sincroniza bien con la app de salud de ios y también en la app de google. y que no lleve pilas y sea recargable me encanta.

Comprehensive smart scale with reliable synching

This is my 2nd Renpho smart scale. My last one was damaged during a recent bathroom leak but because of its previous performance and reliability, I had no hesitation to buy another one. This time, this unit is rechargeable via USB which means I don’t have to worry about batteries. It still provides 13 body composition analysis and works well. Once paired via the Renpho app, it tracks your body weight and other data virtually seamlessly. You simply launch the app, select the scale and step on the scale. Within 15 seconds, It does its magic and records all relevant measurements and saves them for your records and future tracking. It also syncs with your iPhone health app. Overall, it’s a fantastic body scale which has great features, reliability and seamless synching at a good price. Well recommended.
