They are a very good size, easy to use, very sticky which is great because they stay in place, BUT once they are stuck down they are very hard to reposition. For one of my shoes, trying to reposition it actually lifted the sole material up. I found that this product did not reduce the pain I feel in the ball of my foot when I wear heels therefore, it did not seem like good value for money.

Smaller and thinner than it looks. I have thin feet and it still doesn't cover the area it's supposed to give support to. Giving two stars because it provides a little grip, if the feet don't get sweaty.

Utilisés dans des sandales à talons (10cm) pour tenir toute la journée pour un mariage cet été, cela n'a servi strictement à rien ! n'a pas fait le job ni en terme d'atténuation des douleurs plantaires ni en terme de confort. Avec ou sans, j'ai eu mal au pieds toute la journée ! A utiliser peut-être que dans des escarpins ou chaussures fermées et/ou avec des talons moins hauts, je ne sais pas. En tout cas, personnellement ça ne m'a pas du tout aidé...
