This Thorne product appears to have have given me the boost that prescription meds cannot match. Such has been the positive change in the six weeks since I began taking it, I am reluctant to put it all down to Quercetin, but I haven't had a single bad day since starting them. Before this, I rarely had a good day. I will update in a few months.

Initially 2 capsules at once then just one daily for maintenance.

    I was taking this for my allergies and I don’t see any difference… I got on to antibiotics to reduce my allergies. But maybe a continued use of this supplement before the allergy season might help.
