My memory is better and I'm reacting quickly, calmly, and effectively to the challenges thrown-up at work and by the 'interesting' people with whom I work! Not just for muscles of the physical kind, also great for the muscles of the mind and brain-power! Highly recommended.

This product I was abit dubious in buying because of its price point but I'm glad I did. Its non invasive, flavourless and really easy to drink. Stick to the recommend daily intakes and you'll get about a month's useful use from it ! 👍

I purchased this creatine from the many positive reviews it has received. It’s probably a great product, but I can’t get over the slight bitter aftertaste, even when blended into my banana based smoothie. Highly soluble but unfortunately not for me. There are alternatives that are truly tasteless.

This is the only creatine I’ve tried that doesn’t make my body feel weird or itchy. I love how clean and natural it is—it’s NSF Certified for Sport, which gives me peace of mind—and I can honestly feel the difference during and after workouts. It helps a lot with muscle growth and I’ve noticed I feel less sore after training.The container holds a lot of product, which makes it a great value. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a scoop, so you’ll need to measure it out yourself. Other than that, it’s a solid 5-star product!

The product comes with a scoop inside the container. The powder dissolves easily in cold water and is tasteless with no bitter after taste. After one week of consumption, I noticed I could do extra reps and am not as fatigued. Happy with my purchase.
