I bought these because I had overdone exercises for feet walking forward and backward on tiptoes. The pain caused by this went from big toe to soles to muscles over ankle bone on inside of leg. Whilst the pain on toe and sole went after a few weeks, the pain over ankle did not, and these sandals have definitely helped reduce the pain. They are painful initially to use, but by building up time slowly and using thick socks they are bearable. I noticed difference on very first day when I had only worn the sandals for less than a minute.

Firstly let me say this is is not for the faint of heart 😂😂 I bought these after a recommendation from my aunt after I had sprained my ankle. The first time wearing it felt like I was stepping on pebbles. Eventually after a few days I got used to wearing it and it was helping with the pain. It is straight forward and easy to use.It definitely takes some getting used to but it helped me in my ankle pain and healing process and every now and then I wear it just to get my blood flowing as I noticed it helped me sleep as well. Just need to wear it up to 20 mins when worn and weird thing is after a while it will feel like you are wearing normal sliders. Try it for yourself and see.It isn't noisy when walking around and it is surprisingly strong material. In terms of size it fits well and the velcro function helps to adjust so it's nice and snug.Takes some getting used to but I would highly recommend.

At the start these are incredibly sore to walk around in and as others have said definitely wear thick socks. You do get used to them and I could wear them no problem now. They are losing a star as they are not quiet to walk on, very clicky noise but I wear them for about 15 mins at a time just for the health benefits and I do feel they fixed my sciatica for one thing. I also had a sore shoulder which that part was sore on my foot (they give a little leaflet indicating where each part of your body is) my shoulder is also fine now but I did have massages too. In general I do believe in the pressure points being good for your body and I’m glad I bought them. I let friends try them and they were sore in totally different places in their feet to me which related to their bodies.

Like other reviewers I found these really uncomfortable at first but after a week of wearing them in short bursts each day they're starting to feel like normal sliders.Size 5/6 fits me well as I'd be 5.5. They are a little stiff and squeaky but I don't plan wearing them out. Definitely improve circulation in your feet. I have the brown and although not the most trendy I'd happily wear them out. Very well made and sturdy.I have Plantar Fasciitis. As yet there's been no improvement there but it has been only 1 week.Unfortunately I've now acquired some lower back pain. Back pelvic area on my right side. I believe this may be from wearing the slippers as I've experienced similar problems with Birkenstocks. Going to return them.

I decided not to review any more products for Bolo after usually reviewing most things i receive, these reviews, apparently fell short of the review guidelines. So now i delete all emails asking for reviews.Then i'd ordered these BYRIVER acupuncture massage slippers.It's worth noting i endure constant suffering with my feet.I have Plantar Fasciitis, corns between toes and calluses on my feet, they're in pretty bad shape.Over the years i have spent fortunes trying to protect my feet, i would implore others to do the same. Eventually it will catch up and you will experience suffering, pain and discomfort.Then i purchased these Acupuncture Massage slippers.Immediately i knew and felt these were going to be a worthwhile investment.Price paid was £26 which is more than fair and reasonable, i would have paid triple that, please keep that to yourself.Arriving less than 20 hours from ordering in turquoise byriver box.Like Sliders with about 40 plastic 'massage buttons' on the instep and where your foot would be.These massage buttons press down with the weight of your body inturn massaging the soles of your feet while you walk.They look just like normal Sliders to the eye, there's also 5 spare massage buttons with them, instructions will explain.I'm a uk size 8.5, i went for large size, large would fit upto a 10.At the front there's an adjustable vamp which uses velcro so you get ample space which can be tightened with velcro.I read reviews prior to purchase, most were positive. The common theme was the pain whilst trying to get used to the slipper.So initially i wore with socks for 15-20 minutes. Obviously there's a different sensation as you have 40 buttons on each foot massaging the foot soles.I can see this being problematic for some, try and persevere the best you can if it gets unbearable then take a break.I now use without socks even walking to local shop approximately a kilometre there and back.Within 24 hours i was wearing these like i would wear normal footwear.I strongly feel my feet have improved since the introduction of using these slippers.Further to that i feel better both physically and mentally.I recall having acupuncture 20+ years ago where 5 needles were inserted into each year, it was painless. I had a feeling of euphoria and a calmness as well as inner peace.I felt similar that night in bed and i know i feel asleep easier.I have done this review, it's independent and these slippers have made an enormous difference to my feet.I feel confident and positive as i walk forward.If you have feet problems especially Plantar Fasciitis these have the potential to make a big difference.

Zu Beginn sind sie gewöhnungsbedürftig und wer empfindliche Fußsohlen hat, wird Schmerzen haben. Mit der Zeit lässt dies nach, man muss nur durchhalten und eine bessere kostenlose Fußreflexmassage kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Produkt został kupiony jako prezent. Choć same odczucia z korzystania są podobno dość pozytywne, to nie widać żadnych skutków działania. Czekałem z opinią dłuższy czas, aby mieć pełne informacje i teraz mogę potwierdzić, że te klapki to raczej dobrze prowadzony marketing i nic więcej.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I bought this sandals for my wife since she was suffering for a while of plantar fasciitis. She already visited doctors and was given pain killers and considered surgery. She already tried many other products and shoes that would ease the pain temporarily.I bought this together with some orthopedic (thick) slide sandals and some heel cushion caps, since she was really in pain and could barely walk. She immediately wore the orthopedic sandals with the heel cushion caps and started to say how comfortable they were and that they were easing the pain, and rejected this sandals. After a few days the pain was coming back, so she started to learn a bit about this sandals and decided to give them a shot and put them on.In the beginning she complained about the pain she felt, but as she was already suffering a lot, she kept them on while cooking and cleaning for about an hour, that she almost forgot about them. After that she went back to the cushion sandals and felt great. Later that night she started telling me that she was not feeling any pain and woke up with a very positive attitude that she went back to her work out routine. Since that day she wears them any other day and works out regularly with good weight and the pain never came back. I have a happy wife now and I can’t be more grateful. I tried them on one day, even though I don’t have any problems and after 5 minutes I didn’t want to wear them anymore, I guess my body doesn’t need them at all lol.
