After a full knee replacement, movement was difficult and I found these with the recommendation from my physio therapist to help getting moving and then strengthening after a while, due to the different strengths of resistance in the setGreat quality and a really good priceThey made a big difference and help enormously

After the physio told me to buy one of these for my tennis elbow rehab I tried all of the exercises I need to do with these and I haven’t had any issues so far. Quality feels good and the size is long enough.

I bought 4 bands. Even the lightest is slightly firmer than my medium-soft one (confirmed by a physiotherapist), so agree with another comment: too strong for me. I had to return them. Note I could not find a big difference between the first 3 bands. There is, but not a big one. The black one is quite strong. The packet had a strong smell of rubber. Overall, it did not suit me for my exercises to recover an injury. A pity. Packaging, delivery and return was great.
