Bought for a 16 year old getting into exercise (I know, less screen time!!!). Already had 2 kg dumbbells and thought going to 5 kgs was perhaps a step to far. With these weights, she can increase slowly (ever 2 kg) without hopefully impacting on enthusiasm.Product itself is well made, the weight is accurate (scales) and look like they will last a long time.

J'ai acheté ces haltères pour pouvoir me muscler les bras et les épaules et tenter d'éviter le dessous de bras raplapla que l'on constate parfois dès la quarantaine chez les femmes. Ils sont super !!! Ils sont dans mon bureau et je les utilise une à deux fois par jour pendant la semaine de travail, ce qui m'a permis de muscler joliment mes bras et mes épaules, et surtout, de décompresser et penser à autre chose qu'au boulot durant les quelques minutes d'utilisation.Ces haltères sont d'excellente qualité, se prennent bien en main, ne glissent pas ce qui est parfait.
