I got two of these last year and as great as they were, a year later BOTH lids got stuck and wouldn't open, these were not used daily. I messaged the seller to tell them how disappointed I was ... their response was 'it's past 30 days'.So be aware if you use these daily, the chances of your lid becoming faulty is high

I liked this bin was simple to use and held a good amount only thing was the catch for to hold the lid shut broke within the first week of having it so now have no lid

Unfortunately the lid will not shut properly, which was the whole reason why I chose the bin in the 1st place won’t keep shut , would like a refund please

Seller not Bolo need to contact me asap. This is shocking customer service. Liked the bin, good capacity and easy to clean but .....after less than 3 weeks the lid clasp broke making it unable to close. Tried to contact the seller to get a new lid or partial refund as I didn't want to returning a whole bin back (box went a few days after receiving it so nothing big enough to return it in) so I thought getting a new lid or partial refund would be easier but apparently you can't talk to them, you can only talk to someone from Bolo. I explained everything over and over again after it sending me back and forth to virtual assistant and real person to be told they would contact the seller for me to see if a new lid was available. But no that didn't happen, all I got was a download refund thing to send the whole bin back. It's not what I was told would happen but again I can't contact the seller because it goes straight back to Bolo assistant. Nightmare!!
