I highly recommend them as they are very well made, sticky but leave very little residue which is always important.

I use these with my Auvon tens machine & I place them on my lower back for pain relief. Ive also used them on my knees for arthritic pain & shoulders for stiff neck . They stick really well & you can get quite a lot use out of them if you stick them back onto the clear film backing & use on clean dry skin. You get quite a lot in a pack
