I don't know how they work, and I've tried virtually everything else - including yoga, sleeping tablets, melatonin, acupuncture, aromatherapy, sleep apps, exercise and relaxation techniques - but these patches really seem to help me stay asleep. I used them every night for a week or so to begin with, and now stick them on the soles of my feet once or twice a week. I think a recent course of hypnotherapy also helped greatly, but I began using the patches a while before seating that, and noticed an improvement straight away. They are pretty smelly by morning, but that's a small price to pay.

Can't tell you if it's a placebo or not but it seems to work for me. Sleep more restfully. Young Son can't bear the smell tho!

I have bought these before because I believe that they do a great job, they are beneficial to the circulation in my legs and it makes me happier as a result.

Patches are very good no doubt. They do what they are meant to do. My husband falls asleep very well with them on and it relieve a lot of pain in his leg and feet. The only disappointment was that it’s written 20 patches but where as they are 10 pairs of patches. So don’t misunderstand by that. I repeat, They are technically 10 pair of patches not 20.

These sleeping pad are great . They really work I love them. Unfortunately you only get 5 days. Very expensive for a short time.

I have a pretty poor sleep routine and was looking forward to using these to help me improve my bedtimes. However, the first night I used them I had several really freaky nightmares (family/friends getting hurt, etc) which left me feeling really uncomfortable throughout the night. It never occurred to me that it could have been coming from the patches, so I used them again on the second night and the nightmares happened again. I didn't wear them on the third night and my dream returned to what I am used to, but now I have 16 patches that I am too afraid to use! Now I regret getting the larger box and not going for the smaller (and cheaper) one to try them first!

I tried all the patches over a period of 3 weeks and I couldn't see any difference in my sleep. I have a sleep tracker which tells me how often I am awake and how much deep/REM/light sleep I do, I also respect most of the rules of sleep i.e. no blue light in the evening, go to bed at a set early time, no screens at least one hour before bed time, boring books, no big meals, no sports, no hot bath, no light in the room, cool temperatures, etc. I also bought a new bed with expensive bed linen about a year ago. I still find I am having trouble getting sufficient restful sleep especially deep sleep. These patches didn't make a single difference. Maybe it works on others but did nothing for me.

Fabulous. What a find. My daught has a very stressful job & altho falls asleep, she wakes up frequently. She put just 1 patch on her foot to try(very sceptical), & was amazed at the result. Best night ever sleep. I have ordered a repeat delivery every 2mths. Such good value too.
